How we dress reflects the professionalism and respect we extend to clients and colleagues.  Our dress code balances business casual and business professional styles, ensuring both comfort and professionalism.  The key question to consider is: Does my appearance align with the
professional message I want to convey?

We trust everyone to use good judgment in dress and grooming. If attire does not meet professional standards, a respectful adjustment may be requested.

General Guidelines

These guidelines apply in the office and at firm-hosted events. When meeting clients, clothing should be neat, in good condition, and suitable for the business context, setting, or occasion.

What’s Not Appropriate?

Overly casual or revealing attire may undermine credibility and professionalism.

So, What’s the Dress Code, Then?

The FOSTER Dress Code target ranges from Business Casual to Smart Casual to Semi-Formal (for special occasions). We’re not here to dictate what you wear—just be yourself while using good judgement. If you do feel the need for guidance or inspiration, feel free to refer to the Dress Codes 101 infographic below.
